Chalet in Fall

This is at the portico of an ancient redoubt in France. Amazing location drooping with history. I shot this with one of my all-time favorite lenses-an early '60's 20mm Nikkor. An imperfect lens on the best of days-real sketchy in the corners at f/5.6, though things improved ( kinda, sorta) beyond f/8. Heavy and clunky with a 72mm filter thread. Sadly, it got stoled 15 years later and the new, modern, sharper, lighter replacement was never the same. Don't know why.
