This building is in Bellevue Washington. I represented SRO, the owner of this building, on the sale of another property directly behind this one. In 2019 it set a record for sale price of a redevelopment in the state. The Canadian buyer was planning to build three 600 foot towers on the site at the time. Then, three months later, the ten-ton shit hammer (Hunter S. Thompson’s descriptor-not mine) that is Covid dropped. They demoed the buildings three months ago to actually start construction on the towers.
